Anil Senior is one of the driving force behind Donghaeng-Jaedan, a mission-driven endeavor dedicated to catalyzing India’s progress by drawing transformative parallels from South Korea’s developmental success. With a diverse academic and professional foundation, Anil embodies the multidisciplinary approach required to bridge the gap between high-tech industrial policy and social evolution.

A Science graduate with Master’s degrees in both Sociology and Filmmaking, Anil possesses a rare vantage point that connects the "how" of technical innovation with the "why" of societal growth. His deep understanding of sociological frameworks allows him to analyze the "Miracle on the Han River" not just as an economic feat, but as a blueprint for human capital development and cultural transformation.

As an accomplished Filmmaker and keen Photographer, Anil has dedicated years to the art of visual storytelling. He believes that for India to achieve its next leap in fields like semiconductors, green innovation, and eSports, the journey must be documented and communicated with clarity and inspiration. At Donghaeng-Jaedan, he leverages his creative expertise to translate complex bilateral strategies into a shared vision for a sustainable, tech-driven future.

Swapan Ray

Technology & Innovation Lead

Swapan Ray stands at the intersection of systems and possibility, shaping the technological backbone of Donghaeng-Jaedan with a mindset rooted in both logic and vision. Where ideas meet execution, he brings structure, clarity, and the discipline required to turn ambition into working reality.

With a foundation in Commerce from the University of Delhi and formal training in Software Engineering from Aptech, Swapan’s journey reflects a seamless blend of business understanding and technical depth. He approaches technology not as abstraction, but as a living system—something to be built, scaled, and continuously refined.

His experience in executing and managing three satellite television channels speaks to his ability to operate at scale—navigating the complexities of infrastructure, content ecosystems, and audience engagement. Through this, he has developed a sharp instinct for how technology, media, and communication converge to shape influence in the modern world.

Drawn toward the evolving frontier of Generative AI, Swapan is deeply engaged in exploring how intelligent systems can redefine industries and unlock new forms of collaboration. For him, innovation is not just about imagining the future—it is about engineering it, step by step, into existence.
